Florence, a nine year old flutist who played her flute in Sherborne Town Centre to raise money for our charity, met a few of the volunteers of Sherborne Community Kitchen and received a big thank you for her efforts in raising £200. Socially distanced and wearing masks, our volunteers provided Florence with a bunch of flowers and chocolates to say a very big thank you for her efforts.
A young, talented flutist, Florence from Sherborne raised £200 for Sherborne Community Kitchen over the Christmas holidays by playing to the local residents in Sherborne's Cheap Street. They stopped, clapped, took pictures and said what a worthwhile cause she was raising funds for. They were so generous". We are also so proud of Florence and her very kind contribution. Thank you so much Florence for thinking of us and for making such as wonderful donation to help us with our continued work we do to help the vulnerable in Sherborne and the surrounding areas.
